Documentation of StereoKit states .NET 7 is the mimimum target framework but template targets .NET 6

While limited testing of changing target between 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 produced no noticeable errors the conflicting versions may be raising concerns for new users (the problem is only made visible if the users machine doesn't have 6.0 requiring intervention to install it). Out of the box a new template is targeting framework 6.0 (LTS) instead of the newer but deprecated 7.0 the documentation insists is necessary (in the getting started section) - perhaps since 8.0 is also a LTS that should be the new minimum recommendation in the documentation as well as the template target?
