FileSluggy 1.3.5 no longer available for MODX 2.8.6 #38

For whatever reason FileSluggy 1.3.5 is no longer available for MODX 2.8.6, that means you can only install 1.3.0 which has a breaking error on PHP 8.x.

This is a huge problem. Please publish 1.3.5 again for MODX 2.
