Cannot download older manifest, always downloads newest manifest

What did you expect to happen?

Depotdownloader can no longer download old manifests, for example if I try to download VRCHAT manifest 6730548093421572234 (3 years old version) it always downloads latest manifest 542995411387524135

Only few manifests actually correctly download most of manifests for some reason fall back to latest.

Instead of that, what actually happened?

Manifest specified with -manifest should be downloaded
