Does DepotDownloader really need the ICU library?

Because I tried to run DD without the ICU library (required export DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_INVARIANT=1 ), it worked fine. But there is a problem: some SteamKit2 source code files contain "System.Globalization" which requires the ICU library.

Answered by ff37997 commit which include InvariantGlobalization being enabled, meaning it doesn't need ICU library anymore. closed.
