Search inside merged tasks

The current UI searches only what is visible. That means if we have merged tasks, there is no way to search inside them. One request we get regularly is to search inside of merged tasks, even at zoom levels where those tasks are not visible. This is potentially very expensive so it will need to be behind an explicit option.

Ooph, yeah, I'm definitely dealing with this currently. I was wondering why some of my searches were not showing certain kinds of meta-tasks that I knew to be there, but then when I zoomed in they suddenly appeared in the search.
