Glossary entries on links are kind of ugly.
glossary_on_link
Also, they don't work great on mobile.

On the one side, we are attempting to reduce the number of instances of that when we write favoring the glossary over links, but I also suggest that we simply have glossary entries not show up when there is already a link. @melissasamworth would you be OK with that?
