Install Angr on Windows

Requirements

The Visual C++ components from Visual Studio 2015
MVC++ Compiler for Python 2.7
Python 2.7, and a properly configured PATH environment variable.
g++/cpp and cmake via Cygwin

Instructions

Run install_angr.bat from a Visual Studio Developer Command Prompt.
