Komodo Edit 9.3.2 is out

Hi,

I noticed that this overlay's app-editors/komodo-edit-bin ebuilds are fairly out of date. I would start a pull request with my own updated version of the 9.0.0 ebuild and I've been working on it in my overlay but it is returning access violation errors, amongst others and hence it has gone over my head to fix it, so I thought I'd alert you guys to this fact and see what solution you's come up with.
