@romanlex apparently it is possible to use 3d rendering software to create 360 images. Or, you can even use Nvidia Ansel to take 360 photos of the games that support Nvidia Ansel 360. These 360 photos you can then utilise.

Otherwise, just buy a Ricoh Theta, Gear 360, Insta360 Pro, Giroptic IO, or many other 360 cameras.

Some people stitch regular pictures together manually. Wouldn't know about how to do that, since not a photographer nor a stitcher.
