[Feature Request]: Set limit for list heading in backend input

Feature Description

As you see in the attached video. User can enter very big heading if they want. If user input very long heading then it's not looking good in show page. Although the heading is not supposed to be that big. Maximum 30 to 40 word is ok.

Use Case

I add a backend logic that track the number of letter added in heading input field. If that is exceed 20 to 30 word then it display a flash massage and redirect to new list added form.
