Describe the Bug

I am trying to set the green color on an individual row of my Royal Kludge keyboard, but the green light does not turn on. However, if at least one LED in the row below is on, regardless of its color, the green light on the previous row turns on.

Here is my code in keymap.c

And this is what I do to make the green color turn on

I'm new in qmk. I'm sorry for the google traductor
