How can I watch films in "uma0:" directory?

Hi, I see Vita Media Player uses only "ux0:" as media directory. How can I use "uma0:" instead? My sd2vita is fullfilled with games, my genuine memory stick is empty and I would like to use it for a media. I am looking forward for your answer. It would be grateful if you'll help me.
