Okay ladies and gentlemen I have some not so good news
alt-tabbing pretty much prevents all UI natives from working locally
so if you create a frame (creating a handle) while they are alt-tabbed, they are desync
natives like BlzFrameSetVisible and BlzHideOriginFrames straight do NOT work while alt-tabbed
