Introduction

The codes are used to cluster the turning point of Ne curves, and predict the turning point of a new Ne curve belongs to which cluster

Prerequisites

Python 3.6 matplotlib sklearn pandas random

Install

pip install matplotlib

pip install sklearn

pip install pandas

pip install random

Usage

git clone https://github.com/Solenyalyl/Ne-curve-analysis.git

python Ne_curve_analysis.py -a [cluster/predict] -c confidence interval
