When a file is removed from the input location (LA ingress), the cleanfile associated with that file should also be removed.

This is not happening currently. This is an issue with the code, not the sensor i.e. the sensor is currently (correctly) triggering a new job if the only change to a directory is the deletion of one of the files.

Potential options include that when a run is being done, the contents of the current folder on the LA workspace are completely replaced by the cleanfiles created in the current run of the job.

@patrick-troy this should be managed as a change to the save_current job so that the contents of current are replaced by the contents of the session folder
