req: the dir must be mounted as a volume to ansibleCM container

so the easiest/fastest/simplest way is to use (git ignored) secrets dir inside ansible-private because this volume is already always mounted

Impl:

implement 4x plaintext tasks according to v2 secrets-storage-{lastpass/hashicorp-vault}-...
test plaintext
especially check correct saving mgkey string to cluster config yaml
