Missing #endif command for header guard in the file pin_config.h after install a software component from SDK extension #21

Reproduce path:

Choose Si917x board --> create empty soc C project
Open SLCP file and enable the SDK extension (TPHD extension from here - https://github.com/SiliconLabs/third_party_hw_drivers_extension_staging)
Only enable the SDKE - did not do anything else
Build project - it was failed due to wrong pin_config.h file that generated/updated automatically by SSv5

Note: Issue happened with GSDK 4.4.4, Simplicity SDK 6.2 but did not happen with GSDK 4.4.3 and SiSDK 6.1

Please check it asap
