Current Behavior

The File Edit View... bar is being displayed when running walletd Desktop App in Windows 10.

Expected Behavior

The top bar should be hidden, it's not needed and doesn't look good.

What operating system did the problem occur on (e.g. Ubuntu 22.04, macOS 12.0, Windows 11)?
