You can kinda do this by creating profiles, and when selecting profiles using shift and ctrl to add or substract profile from current selection. |

For instance, if I have 50 mights and right click on 24, I would get the option to disable 13-24 or enable 25-50. It would make figuring out which mods are causing bugs way faster.
