This library code is forked from PyCDXML, and allright is belong to kienerj, user must carefully read the license. Uploading it to pypi with named cdx-mol, just for romete machine can easy pip install it in Dev.

After kienerj final release PyCDXML to pypi, this package will hint to use PyCDXML.
