We need to deploy the dashboard in a permanent location:

Recommend using the EHL
Should use SSL (letsencrypt)
Should have unique domain name - I was thinking dashboard.cdot.systems, but it's really an ostep-only dashboard, so maybe we should have an ostep subdomain under cdot.systems, and make it dashboard.ostep.cdot.systems ... if that's not too long!
