Summary

The ratify report fails on some systems.

Preconditions

Site is hosted on a system with no write access to some filesystem directories

Steps to Reproduce

Install Ratify
Activate Ratify
Go to Ratify report page

Expected Result

Tests reflect actual status of page

Actual Result

Tests all fail (or most fail)

Workaround

Manually save front page HTML to filesystem using FTP

Solution

Store HTML in the database
