"Analogue" mode hvac_action is always idle #167

Describe the bug
I call it "analogue" mode when output is input_number and pwm set to zero.
In this setup hvac_action is idle when thermostat is on and output > 0.

Hi, PR #166 addressed this. It will come in the next release.
