Fan speed control for 0-10V Fan Coils

Hello,

I have integrated the HASmartThermostat with 0-10V actuator. It is controlling the fan speed of the fancoil. Currently it is running in PID mode with PWM output set to 0 and it seems to be working just fine. The issue I have is that I am using this to replicate what is set on the room thermostats (they're dumb, and I don't want to use them), but the only thing missing is the set fan speed. I want to be able to set a target temp and then set prefered fan speed like Low - 33%, Mid - 66%, High - 100% PWM (if this can be customizeble it will be perfect). I also expect when the target temp is reached to set PWM to 0% or to something I can customize, like 2% or 5%.
