GlazeWM has gone through a major update with v2.1.1 --> v3.1.0. The template of the URL of the latest release has changed: the manifest needs to be updated accordingly.

are you working on this? funny, i also just looked into it and would propose making a new entry like glazewm3 since its a major rewrite in rust with possible lots of changes. Whats your opinion?

As far as i can see, the version is stuck at 2.1.1 right? see https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/glazewm.json

Results from local buckets...

Name Version Source Binaries
---- ------- ------ --------
glazewm 2.1.1 extras

I intended to work on it, but found out that the new installer is non-standard and may be difficult to call from scoop (it's a WiX-generated installer that includes the MSI for both glazewm and zebar).

I have a rather busy day at work today, and since I can't think of a trivial solution, I thought I would give it some time… 😉

But yes, definitely: a package glazewm3 would make sense! 👍

May relate to glzr-io/glazewm#645.

@Dragonfly911117 has suggested a potential fix here: #14112
