Datasets List available filters

Summary

If logged in with a functional account, there are no filters available when I try to customize the fields shown in the search form of the detasets list page.

When viewing the same page as anonymous, the available filter options are provided:

Steps to Reproduce

Log in with a functional account, visit the datasets list page (http://127.0.0.1:4200/datasets?args=%7B%22skip%22:0,%22limit%22:25%7D) and click on More filters in the search form.

Current Behaviour

No filters options are provided in the Configure filters popup. See image 1

Expected Behaviour

Multiple filters should be provided in the Configure filters popup. See image 2
