Issue Name

Improve E2E test setup

Summary

Currently the e2e tests are located under CI/ESS/E2E. The cypress E2E tests should be located under CI/E2E as they should be facility independent.
While moving the files to the new location, we should check all the configuration files and make sure that they are updated.
