Add the backend for creating trend objects

[ ] Function to look at a collection of SasData objects for metadata that changes, provide as suggestion
[ ] Create trend objects
[ ] Add ability to make all datasets in trends have the same Q (or whatever) values (requires interpolation to be working #85)
