Feature Description

As soon as we manually configure Runner.Client we have a different set of supported options than act.

Currently the cli tool will be invoked with all enabled options and the cli tool will simply fail with any options that are not supported.

Becomes more relevant once we have #107, that would help me to contribute easier without manual changes to switch the actions runtime and disable / reenable options.
