From the link above, we can find the description below.

Supported Windows versions: 10/8.1/8/7 (32/64-bit)

But as of now Tizen Studio only supports windows 10 and 64 bit. Thus considering this, I think that it needs to be updated.

Ensure that Hyper-V is disabled (on Windows 8 or after)

The above one seems to be a similar case.
