cannot use argparse 1.0.2

npm install fails if I try to upgrade argparse from 0.1.6 to 1.0.2 in package.json.

Why do we need argparse 1.0.2?

I was updating all the dependencies to their latest versions. It didn't work for argparse 1.0.2. I am not sure why npm install is failing for argparse 1.0.2.

I prefer a more conservative approach of updating dependencies on an as-needed basis. Unless we have a compelling reason to update argparse, I'll put this issue on the backburner.
