For initial visit / proof-of-concept deployment, we should focus on 4 core use cases of 'message categories' -
- Empty message payload
- 'Non-threatening' language
  - English, 'official' gov't / state language & informal dialects
- Political language
  - English, 'official' gov't / state language & informal dialects
- Coded / colloq / slang / jokes
- Encrypted messages
Across each of these message categories, we need to track / calculate from data the following (list view in lieu of table -- can Git do tables?)
- Timestamps
  - Send / receive
  - Delivery time
- ID info
  - Carrier ID
  - IMEI / IMSI
- Geo info
  - Local to local
  - Int'l to int'l
  - Local to int'l & vice-versa
- Message type
  - Data / SMS
  - (political, coded, empty, nonthreatening)
