I can't create any, maybe that's because I don't have an outgoing email relay configured?

This was a nice option when we considered sharing to remote persons one-by-one, but it doesn't fit well with the decision for #14. End-users can still share something with a group and then supposedly invite users to that group by email, or share a resource twice (once with a federated group and once with an email address).
