Milestone 2

Hey Rachel, sorry to be so slow getting going with this milestone. I'm trying to do the other assignments as well and they are taking me a bit longer than they should! I tried to do the first task for milestone 2, although not 100% sure it is correct, so feel free to change it. I will work on this more during the day tomorrow!

Hey Marion, I'm familiarizing myself with passing arguments to command line. I modified load_data to do that, and working on processing data! Should be done soon

Could you do task 2.3 which is just rewriting the EDA we did in Rmarkdown in R script? If you have trouble to pass in the arguments in commandline let me know!

Hey Rachel, I'm feeling pretty lost with all of this at the moment and I think it is going to take me longer than the milestone due date to get this done. I'm so sorry that you've been paired up with such a git/R novice! I really need to get to office hours, although they are after the milestone due date now :/ I've emailed Firas to let him know that I'm having issues and that I feel it is really unfair on you because you have been doing most of the work. Will let you know what he says. Sorry again!

Hey no problem! I'm still learning as well. Perhaps I could do task 2.3. and you could do 2.4? Task 2.4 is just creating the report with RMarkdown and creating section titles (to be filled in the future). Then we are pretty much done. Or we can work on this later depending on what Firas says. No worries!
