Description

Adding the libraries HTMX, Alpine.js, Tailwindcss and either bootstrap or DaisyUI as the component library.

Motivation

Easier styling and frontend coding.

Proposed Solution

Add: HTMX, Alpine.js, Tailwindcss etc.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Feature is clearly defined
  • Meets proposed solution
  • Tests considered

Additional Info

This is part of the init.
