🆘 버그 설명

기존에는 운영 서버 url을 정적으로 선언해놓고 사용중이었습니다. 이를 개발 시에는 개발 서버로, 배포 시에는 운영 서버로 배포할 수 있도록 세팅하도록 바꿔야 합니다
