Currently there is a discussion within NeTEx started by @Joostb61 concerning the order of the coordinates. Being latitude (y) - longitude (x), or x y. There is some extensive issue with axis order, where the final consensus is that it should match the axis order what the CRS describes, which only for later CRS version is described.

It would be good to settle on the axis order in SIRI and therefore OJP.
