Feature Request: Events

Thanks for the plugin man, latest updates working a lot better too.

Just wondering if it's possible to have the plugin report events which would be forwarded to MQTT?

The displaylayerprogress plugin for example reports octoprint events which the mqtt plugin then forwards.

Would be great to have this as I could set up alerts for when the counter gets too low, meaning I should go have a look/change settings before it actually pauses
