In general, there should be an additional user type. For the social media task, this might be termed 'social media maven'. These users are essentially admins over this task type but lack some specific functionality.

We can start implementing the concept of roles, but I still have no idea what this particular role is supposed to enable a person to do. Can they actually post things or ...?
