Se necesita un endpoint para obtener las categorias de preguntas
El endpoint debe llamarse /help/categories > devuelve todas las categorias de ayuda (ventas, compras, pagos, etc)
Otra url "help/categories/{id}" > devuelve todas las preguntas sobre esa categoria
Otra url "help/question/{id}" > devuelve la respuesta a la pregunta
Crear modulo completo: entidad, controller, servicio, docs
