'nc' on MacOS #3

In the Backup section of the README file, to run nc from a macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave) terminal, I had to use the following syntax:

nc -l 127.0.0.1 12101 > firefox-android-backup.tar.gz

Instead of this as documented which appears to be the syntax for Linux:

nc -l -s 127.0.0.1 -p 12101 > firefox-android-backup.tar.gz

On macOS this syntax returns the error "nc: missing port with option -l".
