Unstable connection and Wifi connection takes time and reconnection on machine start

Linux Version: VERSION="22.04.3 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)"
Kernel : 6.2.16-060216-generic ( upgraded from 5.15)
NIC Device: TP-LINK AC1300 Archer T3U Plus High

I have been facing issues not only with this driver but also at system level like chrome, slack crashing even with 32 gb RAM.
And all this started with degradation to new kernel in August. Since then struggling to keep system stable. Tried downgrading and upgrading to multiple versions too.
Please suggest some roadmap to resolution and how do check where is the core issue.
With logs after cmd sudo dmesg I usually get apport error etc.
