am i missing something, why hasn't this made its way to the marketplace?

It was unclear to me how to proceed to get this in the marketplace. As it happens, we are replacing Bamboo with Jenkins, and Jenkins doesn't need it.

If you find a clear set of instructions, I can get this on the marketplace, and maybe fix an usability issue before doing so.

Or, of course, it can be forked and whoever forks it can do pretty much anything, as it uses the Apache license.

I believe would be the relevant instructions, i think there's a free option somewhere in the process if wanted.

I'll let you have the honors of getting it out there, otherwise I can take a crack at via forking
