The square alignment block that is in line with the hole for the bolt that mounts to the t-slot nut is too close to the hole. I'm using the cheap nuts from Misumi and they hit the block which prevents the nut from lining up with the hole.
Simple fix only needs for vertices moved about three millimeters.
I took a picture to hopefully clear things up. I made the modifications needed before printing the working parts. Thought i would mention in case others run into this.
