Feature request: The ability to copy RPMs between repositories

I'd like to be able to copy RPMs between repositories, for example, I have a dev, test and prod repo. Moving an RPM through these stages would be handy. I cannot simply sync all of test to prod as not all RPMs will make it past test.

You can now clone tags including overriding an existing tag (thanks to my PR being merged)

So the idea is you have a dev tag like 'rt1234' or 'bz1234' (guessing that you use rt or bugzilla) and when you are happy with it you clone it to override your 'production' tag.

To do this we also need to have a way to check if we also need to copy dependencies.
