About window.ethereum.send

我看以太坊改进提案中提到window.ethereum.send和window.ethereum.sendAsync已经被弃用了，但实际上是还能使用的，这是什么原因，到底这两个函数会不会出现在钓鱼网站中？

Even though they're deprecated they still work on most wallets (e.g. MetaMask). So when developing a browser extension like the Revoke extension, it is important to make sure that it's not possible to "bypass" the warnings by using deprecated functions.
