Tags for all project

Hello , this is a great plugin. It was really helpful for me.
But I need to have all saved tags for all projects even news ones.

The idea is "Project Tags" contains all popular or lasted used tags on all projects

What can I do ? Is this possible?

Another use-case for tags in all projects: on the issues list: we can add a search criterion on tag, but only for tags strictly on the current project.
It would be great to have/search tags for at least the whole current project sub-tree, or for all projects (but it may not fit the redmine philosophy).
