Request Network node hardware requirements

I want to run a self-hosted Request Network (RN) node, but I’m unsure which environment to choose (VPS or bare metal). I’d appreciate seeing the hardware requirements (CPU, RAM, disk space and type, estimated monthly storage growth) for self-hosted nodes on the page https://docs.request.network/learn-request-network/request-node/introduction-to-request-node-hosting.

Could you provide this information?
