Resizetizer folder not generated for android class library(Xamarin) #22

Hi @Redth,
I created an android class library(xamarin) and tried to use this nuget but Resizetizer folder not generated.
Please help !!!

Currently android class libraries are not supported. Though thinking about it a bit they shouldn't be much of a problem to add. I'll take a look at this soon.
