[Request] Save game themes for offline use

While the desktop client lets you play offline, the game's themes are only available when connected to the internet. Sometimes this is a minor difference, but for themes very different than the default (like dark themes) it's really distracting. Would it be possible for the client to save the themes locally and use them when offline?
